FULL CONTAINER BOOKING OF DANGEROUS GOODS

I. Submit the Following Documents More Than 3 Workdays in Advance:

1. Booking note for dangerous goods;

2. Certification for Transport of Dangerous Goods to Identify the Results of Single-use Packaging (Certification for Packaging of Dangerous Goods);

3. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

It is important to note that:

A. The booking note for dangerous goods should indicate the description in English and Chinese, container category, dangerous goods class (Class No.), UN Dangerous Goods Code (UN No.), packaging and special requirements;

B. If transshipment is required, it is necessary to confirm with the shipping company whether there are restrictions at the transshipment port;

C. Accurate consignment data shall be submitted, such as number of packages, net weight, gross weight, and volume.

II. Submit Declaration Information

1. Certification for Transport of Dangerous Goods to Identify the Results of Single-use Packaging (Note: different product descriptions should correspond one by one);

2. Material Safety Data Sheet of Dangerous Goods;

3. Electronic version of Customs Declaration Documents and Power of Attorney (Now Paperless Customs Clearance Is Implemented Nationwide):

1. Contract;

2. Invoice;

3 Packing list;

4. Customs power of attorney;

5. Customs export declaration

IV. Loading and Shipping:


1. The dangerous goods shall be loaded with the witness of the loading supervisor.


2. It is necessary to take pictures of the loading process.

3. The dangerous goods should be reinforced after loading.

4. It is necessary to provide accurate container loading data again and submit it to the shipowner for review before loading on board.
